Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy
You've done the talking. You understand your patterns. And your body still hasn't gotten the memo.
That's not a failure. That's just how trauma works. It doesn't live in your thoughts, it lives in your nervous system, your muscles, your breath, the way you brace before something hard. Talk therapy reaches your mind. This work reaches everything else.
Trauma-focused yoga therapy isn't a yoga class. There are no perfect poses, no performance, no flexibility required. It's a body-based healing session that uses movement, breath-work, and somatic awareness to help your nervous system finally feel safe enough to let go.
This is for you if:
You've done enough talk therapy to understand yourself but still feel stuck in your body.
You carry tension, anxiety, or numbness that doesn't shift no matter how much insight you have.
You want to work with your body not against it. You're ready to go deeper than words can take you.

What sessions look like:
Each session is designed to meet you exactly where you are, with practices that feel safe and supportive.
Somatic Therapy — Tuning into physical sensations and releasing stored emotional pain through body-based awareness. The patterns that live in your body get addressed at the level where they actually formed.
Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation — Using breath as a tool to calm the chronic activation your nervous system has been running on. Not forcing calm — creating the conditions for it.
Gentle, Intentional Movement — Yoga-based practices that promote emotional release, grounding, and reconnection with yourself. No experience needed, no performance required.
Mindfulness & Embodiment — Learning to stay present in your body without feeling overwhelmed, so you can build a sense of inner safety that follows you into daily life.
Healing isn't just about understanding what happened. It's about moving through it in a way that lets your body finally catch up to what your mind already knows.
