Individual Therapy

If you've worked with a therapist before and still felt like something was missing, like the sessions helped you understand yourself but didn't quite change how you felt in your body or how you showed up in your life, that's not a you problem. That's a gap in how traditional talk therapy is often delivered.

Understanding why you do something and actually feeling different are two very different things. The work here integrates both.

I use research-backed approaches including EMDR, somatic therapy, and parts work to address not just the narrative of what happened, but how it continues to live in your nervous system, your patterns, and your day-to-day experience.

The goal isn't just symptom reduction. It's building a genuine felt sense of safety, self-trust, and capacity to live differently. Not just understanding why you haven't been able to.

Who I Work With

I work with women in Oregon, Massachusetts, and Colorado who are ready to go deeper than insight alone. My clients are self-aware, high-functioning, and have often already done significant personal work — and they're still stuck. Not because something is wrong with them, but because the patterns they're carrying didn't form in the mind. They formed in the body, in the nervous system, in the adaptations made early in life when there was no other choice.

I specialize in working with women navigating:

Trauma & PTSD — Releasing stored trauma and building a felt sense of inner safety, not just an intellectual understanding of it. We work with what's held in the body, not just what's talked about in session.

Anxiety & Nervous System Dysregulation — Moving beyond coping strategies into the deeper patterns driving chronic activation, hypervigilance, and the inability to rest without guilt or anxiety.

ADHD & Executive Functioning — Supporting women who have internalized ADHD presentations that have been missed or dismissed, and who are exhausted from trying to operate in a world that wasn't built for their brain.

Burnout & Over-Functioning — Untangling the deep-seated belief that worth is tied to productivity, output, and the ability to hold everything together for everyone else.

People-Pleasing & Identity — Helping women understand how they were shaped into the role of "the one who handles it" and begin to build an identity that doesn't depend on performance for love and belonging.

Attachment Wounds & Relationship Patterns — Addressing the relational patterns that formed in early life and continue to show up in adult relationships, often below the level of conscious awareness.

No two clients are the same.

Every session is tailored to where you are that day. Some sessions go deep into processing. Others focus on nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, or building the practical skills to support your healing between sessions. The work is always in service of what you actually need — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Currently offering telehealth only, serving clients in Oregon, Massachusetts, and Colorado. For mindfulness, meditation, and yoga therapy I work with clients anywhere in the country.
