The Foundation Session
$200
You get a personalized meditation plan built out prior to your scheduled session. One that focuses on your goals, your needs and what your nervous system is working through. You schedule a 1:1 video session where we will go through your plan line by line. You get support on the brain body connection and we end with a guided meditation specifically designed for you. You’re left with guidance and a 30 day plan to follow.
Drop-In Sessions
$50
For established clients who have completed a Foundation Session or The Container. You fill out a form before we meet so I know what you're wanting to work with. I come prepared, you show up, take up space to be held and leave lighter. No ongoing commitment, just support when you need it.
The Container
$995
3 months of sustained support. Includes 4 x 60-minute sessions, a personalized meditation plan, updated monthly. Individualized guided meditations, journal prompts, and between-session accountability check-ins. This is for you if you’re done doing it alone and want someone in your corner while you build something that will last longer then 2 weeks.
